This project was installed on a house in Northern Kansas, where high winds are a concern. The region experiences frequent severe thunderstorms, strong, continous straight line winds. The area also frequently struggles with large hail, and the risk of tornado activity, particularly during spring and early summer. Summers are hot and often dry, with periods of drought that place prolonged stress on exterior materials. The concrete log siding has performed exceptionally well, maintaining its durability, stability, and appearance.
